Rooted in wisdom. In tune with modern life.
Meet Nupur
An SNRO-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (AP) and a Yoga and meditation teacher based in the Netherlands. Born and raised in India, my path led me from a corporate Human Resources career to a four-year Bachelor-level education (HBO) in classical Ayurveda at The Ayurveda Academy, Netherlands followed by a clinical internship at Vaidyagrama, India. My work is guided by the timeless wisdom of the Samhitas — 5,000+ year-old Ayurvedic texts — and shaped by my lived experiences over the years.
I blend classical Ayurvedic principles with modern scientific insights to offer guidance that is personalised, practical, and deeply human. My strength lies in bridging ancient wisdom with the needs of contemporary life, helping you return to balance in a way that feels natural and sustainable. I believe the secret to good health lies in the quiet, everyday rituals we often overlook — it’s not about doing more, but about doing what truly matters.

Not at all. Ayurveda works with your real life, not against it. We focus on small, meaningful shifts that blend into your daily rhythm — nothing extreme or overwhelming.
Ayurveda doesn’t chase symptoms. It looks at your digestion, hormones, emotions, sleep, stress and environment as one ecosystem. We tune into the whole picture, not just one part of it.
Absolutely. My programs are designed for busy women. You’ll receive practices that don't take forever — and still create real, sustainable shifts.
No. Ayurveda works safely alongside modern medicine. We integrate it safely, respecting your doctor’s guidance and your body’s pace.
Yes — especially if you’re new. I guide you step-by-step, with weekly support and practices that feel grounding and doable, not restrictive.
Most women feel shifts within the first few weeks — better digestion, better sleep, more clarity, less inflammation. The deeper transformation however unfolds over 3-4 months as your system relearns balance.
